Satoshi Island is a 32 million square foot private island, located in the tropical paradise of Vanuatu, tucked between Australia and Fiji. The island, which is owned by Satoshi Island Holdings Limited, is intended to become home for crypto professionals and enthusiasts, with a goal to be considered the crypto capital of the world. Key Points from this Interview:

  1. “We acquired a private island in Vanuatu, around 800 acres, maybe a little bit less. And we decided to build this private island in Vanuatu into a crypto city for crypto enthusiast and professionals, where they can come and acquire blocks of lands, which will be represented of course by NFTs and get into, what is now known as Satoshi Island currency, which will act to power the economy on the island as well.”
  2. “The mission is not having a founder, a heirarchy, and this person doing that and barking orders, it’s coming together as a community, all of us. I don’t mean just Satoshi Island community, I mean the entire crypto community and building a place of our own but not keeping it for ourselves. Sharing it with the rest of the world and slowly getting mass adoption of this amazing technology, of these amazing systems that we have managed to create. Of course, there’s going to be others who’s going to stop us but I don’t think we’re going anywhere.”
